Work

At TAWNY, we're building AI-based technology which enables businesses to better understand their users/customers. Our vision is to create empathic products and services leading to human-centered technology. This field is known as Affective Computing or Emotion AI. The goal is to create systems that can recognize and interpret human behavior and human emotions, and adapt their behavior in order to create truly intelligent user interfaces.

Science & Teaching

Affective Computing at LMU Munich

My course on "Empathic Artificial Intelligence - Affective Computing" currently takes place every semester. It's open for both Bachelor's and Master's students. The class size is rather small, so please forgive me if you do not get accepted right away. Watch the Uni2Work system for when the application opens.

Publications

You can find the list of my scientific publications here.

Professional seminars

I used to regularly give seminars on different topics from ML and AI (both technical and managerial level). I'm not planning any of these at the moment. In case you are interested in such a format internally for your company, feel free to get in touch.

Talks

I regularly give keynotes and talks on various deep tech subjects, especially AI and Affective Computing. If you are interested in me speaking at your event, feel free to get in touch. Please note that I'm not interested in "buy that package to get a speaking slot" kind of stuff.
